Projects Copywriter

We are looking for a proactive Projects Copywriter to work collaboratively with us on numerous short- and long-term projects. Sometimes, the project may take a couple hours. Some other times, the project may take a few weeks of consistent writing. You must be very detail-oriented, and have an extremely strong writing background to be successful in this role.

This is part time to start, and may transition to full time if you have the bandwidth, and if you do well. Please keep this in mind before you apply. If you are unable to work part time for a couple months before a possible transition to full time, please DO NOT apply.

You may work on a variety of writing projects, including product descriptions, landing pages, ad copy, email copy, blog articles, and everything in-between. You may also use some AI-assisted writing tools like Jasper.ai to help speed things up and increase your bandwidth, although this would be on a case-by-case project basis.

Projects Copywriter Requirements and Qualifications:
- University degree in writing preferred
- Strong writing and English skills, especially grammar, punctuation, and spelling
- Minimum of 2 years' relevant work experience in similar roles
- An intermediate understanding of marketing
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Keen attention to detail and an aptitude for problem-solving
- Able to proactively address potential issues
- Collaborative working style and team-player attitude
- Positive and encouraging personality
- Able to work independently with little supervision
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
- Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to the team's success
- Outstanding organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Able to thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven work environment

BONUS POINTS:
- 5+ years in writing with a proven portfolio to demonstrate this
- Have already used Jasper.ai before

Compensation is $5-10 USD/hr to start, depending on experience and track record. Raises will come if you exceed expectations.
