Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager

The function of this position is meeting and exceeding the overall insurance needs of our personal & commercial customers. Provide prompt, accurate and courteous service to our insureds, producers and company representatives to facilitate the retention and growth of our book of business.
Job Requirements and Responsibilities
• Ability to communicate orally, in writing and electronically with others to explain complex issues
• Ability to receive and interpret complex information and respond appropriately
• Ability to understand written and oral communication and interpret abstract information
• Professional, committed and self-motivated with the ability to focus on daily tasks
• Thorough, detail oriented and able to manager multiple clients, tasks and requests
• Adequate knowledge of rating procedures, coverages, and industry operations to effectively manage, maintain and write assigned client and prospect lists
• Prepare and process all forms and records for client coverage documentation in connection with transactions, cancellations, bindings, endorsements and billing
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service with ongoing communication and timely responses
• Maintain electronic files in an orderly, up-to-date manner
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Assist in the development of strategies to accomplish and support business plan objectives
• Participate in seminars and classes for skill and knowledge development as part of continuing education requirements
