Job Description

As our full-time, sales representative, your job will require you to close and convert our inbound sales appointments. The deals we are offering are dynamic and would cover areas in Real Estate, Courses & Credit Repair & Business Funding Services. We offer competitive pay plus commission and you’ll have opportunities to grow quickly within the organization. This role is a great opportunity for an ambitious, self-starter to take ownership of our sales process from start to finish, including planning and execution. You must be a self-starter, experienced, and willing to learn and adapt your skillset.

Detailed Responsibilities

You’ll be working closely with the CEO & Marketing Manager to identify & create sales pipelines and strategies that can engage and build relationships, but most importantly close deals and create sales. You'll be assisting in monitoring, and structuring the inbound sales communication process to also oversee the impact in the growth of conversion rates rate with the CEO to assist in the marketing and sales campaign development.

+ Run discovery calls for pre-qualified leads
+ Present and sell company products and services to inbound leads.
+ Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
+ Resolve customer inquiries
+ Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
+ Build rapport with the sellers to overcome objections to get the deal signed
+ Follow-up on leads in a timely manner
+ Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments
+ Manage leads and follow up with prospects using CRM software.
+ Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor the sales process
+ Manage pipeline of prospects through CRM software.
+ Understand our client's persona and direct it through verbal communication to drive sales growth.
+ Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques.
+ Recommend improvements to management to increase performance.
+ Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
+ Attend business meetings and trainings as required
+ Other responsibilities as deemed necessary by ---------- TE: Trainings will be provided, we have manuals and scripts but we need someone experienced and knowledgeable enough to know how to do and own the role without it.

REQUIRED Skills & Experience
---------------------------------------------------------
To do this job, you’ll need :
+ 1+ years of experience & expertise in inbound sales.
+ Superb English communication with little to no accent.
+ Has an American/International sounding accent
+ Highly motivated to make money and close deals.
+ Must be ambitious, thinks and acts like an entrepreneur
+ takes an ownership mentality in all that is done in this position
+ Ability to handle any objections that the customer presents and move forward with the ---------- a manner that is not too pushy since most of the customers are already warm leads. What is vital is to engage in a 2-way communication and listen to the potential customer whilst going through the PowerPoint. The customer doesn't want to be sold. This is a partnership and the best way to get the sale from what we found is to make it feel exclusive and as a partnership, hard selling is not what is wanted here.

Work Schedule & Holidays

+ This is a full-time position Mondays through Fridays 9AM - 6PM PST
+ You’ll qualify for 4 vacation leaves and 4 sick leaves after a 6-month probation period.

+ MUST HAVE RELIABLE WI-FI
+ Must have the necessary hardware (computer) & software to execute the job role.

$500 Per Month or 28,000 Php/Monthly To Start For Full-Time Work (40 Hours Per Week) + 10% Commission.
With Exceptional Performance, You Could Be Eligible For A Raise As Soon as Your 6 Month Probationary Period Ends.
