As our full-time, permanent copywriter, you will write catchy, interesting, and compelling copies for social media, emails, websites, and ads. Your words will inform, engage, inspire and convert our target audience. We offer competitive pay and you’ll have opportunities to grow quickly within the organization. Detailed Responsibilities

You’ll be working closely with the CEO, Marketing Manager & Social Media Manager to identify & create compelling texts that can engage and build relationships, but most importantly drive traffic and sales. You'll be assisting in monitoring and collecting data analytics with our social media manager to see the caption's impact on audience growth rate and with the CEO to assist in the marketing and sales campaign development, especially on the brand's growth and sales growth.

+ Write catchy, interesting, and compelling copies for various mediums (e.g. ads, email campaigns, social media, landing pages)
+ Write scroll-stopping, engaging and valuable captions for all social media posts to drive socmed audience growth.
+ Editing and polishing existing content to improve readability
+ Write clear and enticing descriptions for email marketing sequences to enhance the customer journey's buying decision.
+ Creating campaigns for Newsletter subscribers - all of this would need ongoing content.
+ Continuously check with CEO which email flows are performing better or poorer and improve them.
+ Getting the relevant email designs for headers, images, footers, ---------- om the designer.
+ Conducting keyword research and using SEO best practices to increase traffic to the company website.
+ Provide great copywriting for client's websites and landing pages.
+ Write clear and enticing descriptions for ad copies to enhance the customer journey's buying decision & grow sales.
+ Understand our client's brand persona and direct it through written communication to drive sales and audience growth.
+ Ensuring that content's voice, grammar, structure, and style are on point
+ Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques and analyze competitor activity.
+ Recommend improvements to management to increase performance.
+ Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
+ Other responsibilities as deemed necessary by ---------- TE: You will mainly focus on Email Marketing then Landing pages, but you will also be assisting in social media marketing efforts and other related areas where copywriting is needed.

REQUIRED Skills & Experience

To do this job, you’ll need :
+ 1+ years of experience & expertise in copywriting in paid ads, social media, email, landing pages, and other related fields
+ Excellent American English written & communication skills
+ Ability to take feedback and make revisions in a fast-paced environment
+ Committed, responsible to the job, and willing to “go the extra mile” if required.
+ An excellent understanding of how to apply our brand tone and messaging to a variety of channels, as well as a desire to push the boundaries of how our brand is interpreted
+ An ability to think out of the box. We are looking for individuals who can take thought-starter ideas and stretch them to create copy that is creative and compelling.
+ The candidate is culturally sensitive to the latest trends; understands the internet, social and ---------- culture, and how to work within it while maintaining brand safety.
+ Self-directed, execution-focused, and incredibly well-organized with a proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

They have been providing VERY SLOW outputs which is detrimental to the whole company's marketing efforts. So we need an A+ copywriter for this role.

Work Schedule & Holidays

+ This is a full-time position Mondays through Fridays 9AM - 6PM PST
+ You’ll qualify for 4 vacation leaves and 4 sick leaves after a 6-month probation period.
