Looking for a High-Quality Content Writer

We publish several high-profile websites, one of which is a beekeeping website.

We are looking to hire a content writer to write informational articles which answer specific questions full-time (40 hours per week - 10 articles per week).

REQUIREMENTS:

You must enjoy writing and be very good at it. Anyone can write a boring article. We require the write-ups to be engaging, detailed, helpful, and immediately insightful. All in all, they must entertain as much as they inform.

You must be adept at researching detailed answers to specific ---------- is important you're able to formulate technical, straightforward, concise answers, while also organizing information in a logical subheading structure.

I will provide detailed training videos on how we expect you to write, as well as provide feedback on your work. You will be able to determine your own hours.

- Proficient in English (US) writing
- Good at web research
- Computer with a stable internet connection
- Can work 40 hours per week
- Attention to detail and able to work efficiently.
- Payment is via Paypal so you must have an operational Paypal account. Sorry, but I will not assist setting this up for you.
- Experience in apiculture is an asset but not a must.

DELIVERY OF ARTICLES

We write articles in Markdown, which is a simple formatting language. You will upload and format the articles on our Kirby-powered website.

HOW TO APPLY

Please write out your experience with web content writing or technical writing. I base part of my decision on what you write. You can attach a cover letter and resume, but I prefer you just write out in detail why your experience and skills make you able to perform this job.

PLEASE NOTE that we read the cover letter in the email body to assess writing capability. If it's boilerplate and boring, we'll probably not reply. Write your response so that it's interesting - show us your writing chops.

Kindly provide 3 writing samples, preferably web writing. Simply include URLs to the samples or copy them into your reply.

PAY:

$640 USD per month for 40 hours per week.I pay on the 15th and 30th day of the month. You must submit a detailed invoice and then I pay within 48 hours (sometimes a bit longer if on a weekend).
