Senior Marketing Officer

The Senior Marketing Officer will be working with the marketing team. He/she will handle the internal and external marketing activities of the company. He/she is responsible in conceptualizing marketing strategies, conducting marketing initiatives, and producing marketing activity reports. He/she is expected to have leadership skills to help the team to achieve specific objectives.

Job Details
? Lead and develop the marketing officer group and sales associates.
? Conceptualize and implement marketing plan & strategies involving various communication channels to protect brand equity including but not limited to: advertising, online marketing, events, store promotions, tie-ups/ collaborations and PR.
? Organizing internal and external events. Coordinates and collaborate with internal/external partners, internal departments and various suppliers.
? Manage the company’s social media sites and other online properties including but not limited to: update of images/campaign/promotion, Q&A/messages of customers.
? Budget Management
? Evaluating the effectivity of all marketing initiatives.
? Tracking of lead generation from different channels.
? Producing weekly, monthly & quarterly reports.
? Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
? Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Marketing.
? At least 2 years of working experience as a marketing officer or equivalent.
? Strong project management skills.
? Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking.
? Understands social media trends and digital media technologies.
? Familiarity with Hubspot is a plus.
? Must be able to coordinate with various suppliers to achieve project goals and targets.
? Required Skill(s): General Marketing, Social Media Management, Website Optimization, Email Marketing and Events Management.
? Applicant must be willing to work in Makati City.
