HRD Manager

A local BPO company urgently needs a HRD Manager. He/She will be responsible for developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems and procedures across the organization. Be able to bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances and other issues. He/She will likewise nurture a positive working attitude. Manage hiring and selection process in a timely manner.
