Data Privacy Analyst

Job Overview: Provide support to the management and clients for the Privacy Compliance which includes the development and implementation of Data Privacy policy, Privacy awareness and other compliance requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidates must possess at least a College level, Bachelor’s / College Degree, in any field.

Preferably with experience or knowledge in Information Technology

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Computer literate (Microsoft Office, Google Suite etc.)

Emphatic listener and possess interpersonal skills

Highly organized, accurate and has the ability to produce quality of work (detail-oriented)

At least 1 to 2 years of experience working in Data Protection and compliance

Expertise in different data privacy practices including an in-depth understanding of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012

JOB DESCRIPTION

Lead the formulation and revision of the Data Privacy Policies and procedures of the company and clients in accordance with Data Privacy Act of 2012.

Analyzing new data privacy standards and programs

Monitoring of current Data Privacy trends, activities, seminars and training.

Conduct Data Privacy training and program to all employees and other clients

Assisting the Data Protection Officer in achieving the company's security objectives and targets.

Prepare relevant compliance weekly reports and documentation to meet both internal and external regulatory requirements

Update with the latest circulars, advisories, and issuance in the National Privacy Commission.

Monitoring of privacy concerns and resolutions of all departments within the organization.

To assess the existing Data Privacy policy of the clients and the company.

Coordinate with the concerned departments in any data privacy concerns encountered
