JOB OVERVIEW

Skillspire is a coding bootcamp that works with a diverse background of students. We are looking for a Customer Success Advisor whose goal is to ensure each and every student meets their goals behind attending the cohort and joining Skillspire. This includes

- setting goals with students

- meeting with students bi-weekly (minimum) to help them achieve the goals they set

- holding students accountable to attending class and completing assignments

- collecting feedback from students about class, instructor and TA

- counseling students through any personal issues

- advising students on how to proceed professionally

- follow up with students if and when they miss classes

- follow up with students if they’re not performing well

- working with TA to help underperforming students

Most of these points will require the SSA to have a very close relationship with the students and understand their background and strengths and weaknesses.

Responsibilities

Career services: Help students with resumes, LinkedIn profile, mock interviews. You will organize and plan, with the Product Manager, new seminars, webinars and any other beneficial training on a monthly basis.

Business Partner Relations: Work closely with the CEO to maintain business partner relationship to help students into jobs and internships.

Community building: You will be completely in charge of maintaining and nurturing our ---------- community. We want to build a community of aspiring engineers that can benefit from one another and have a place to discuss anything related to tech from jobs, technical questions, interview help, career progression etc.

Looking for an individual with a background in tech, who can be an advisor and a counselor to our students.
