About the opportunity:

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our Technology team. This is a hybrid role, with as few as 4 days per month (after onboarding) based at our Manila office. This opportunity will have you helping us achieve our goal to automate Service desk support tasks! We need talented people that can draw on experiences from DevOps, Advanced Scripting and Development backgrounds.

Key Duties:

You will be involved in some, if not all, of the following tasks:

Automation scripting using one of more of the following technologies such as Bash, Python, VBScript, Go, PHP, Ruby, JavaScript for Microsoft, Cisco, Fortinet, Barracuda Cloud and On-Prem environments
Configuration and maintenance for API orchestration and orchestration platforms
Development and deployment of automation for infrastructure deployment and configuration
Skills & Experience:

To be successful, we are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

In-depth knowledge of PowerShell
Automation scripting experience with at least one or more of the following:
Python
Go
PHP
Javascript
Ruby
VBScript
Experience automating common Wintel IT tasks
In-depth knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Active Directory
Experience working with orchestration tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of SharePoint
Experience in ITIL processes (Incident & Change)
Must be amenable to work in our Ortigas, Pasig City office (hybrid work set-up)
Willing to work on AU shift

You will have a leverage if you have any of the following:

Experience using ConnectWise Manage or ITSM/PSA system
Previous work experience in an MSP
CI/CD experience
RPA experience
