Bookkeeper for our HK and UK company (XERO)

This position will be fluid, evolving, and challenging. We are looking for someone who understands how to manage the bookkeeping of an Hongkong and a UK company (limited HK and UK LLP).

That’s where you come in: we’re looking for a part-time talented bookkeeper to help us build our next stage of growth and development.

The ideal candidate has exceptional bookkeeping experience. Understands how to create a P&L balance.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Finances
2) Understand financial key performance indicators and monitor them carefully, redirecting resources as appropriate to deliver planned outcomes.

RESULTS
- Optimum Financial systems in place
- Involve finance in every key decision in the business to infuse the organization with a fact-based and data-driven mentality

REQUIREMENTS
Education and/or experience
- Bachelor’s in business administration, Finance, Economics, or equivalent (e.g., CPA, MBA) or related field.
- Experience with digital technology.
- Creative mind with an eye for detail.
- Experience driving performance improvement initiatives, influencing outcomes and getting buy-in from senior executives
- Click-up and agile methodologies knowledge is not required but is a plus.
- Are willing to participate as a tea ---------- mber, eager to tackle new assignments, and ready for a long-term commitment.
