Paid Ads Whizz - Facebook, Google, Youtube & Tik Tok

We are looking for a highly motivated, passionate, and creative Paid Ad's Manager to join our team full time .

As an Ad's manager, you will be responsible for creating highly effective and engaging campaigns on Facebook, Google and TikTok.

You will need to be able to create ADs with interesting and engaging text, videos, and photos. We want someone who has a passion for social media and marketing, with an eye for analytics.

Requirements:

- Professional, responsible, self-motivated, and highly passionate about their job.

- Experienced with Facebook ADs, Google ADs, TikTok ADs, Google Analytics, and social media

- A creative flare, and a willing to work collaboratively with the team

- A passion for social media

Your responsibilities will include:

- Creation of ADs, managing the ADs, and reporting comprehensive analytics for our clients

- Keep up to date with current trends, and applying that to your work

- Collect and analyze data to help our clients understand their conversion rate

- Collaborate with your colleges to create the best campaigns possible

- Monitor AD spend

- Utilize split testing

In a nutshell we are looking for someone who absolutely loves numbers and marketing as we believe marketing = creativity + maths.
