What We Are Looking For:

Sales representatives with excellent english verbal and written communication skills. Our company and customers are based in the continental US.

What We Need:

Sales professional that has experience talking on the phone for extended periods of time and that are outgoing.

The right candidate needs to exhibit many of the following traits:

* Motivated - The desire to do the job right because their own personal integrity matters to them.

* Learning - Life is one big learning experience and they enjoy constantly learning new things and how to better themselves and their performance.

* Are comfortable with mistakes - The ability to take chances, make mistakes, learn from them and not allow it to hamper their personal and professional growth.

* Quick Learners - the ability to learn from mistakes, apply what is learned to future decisions and move on.

* Deals with changes - Someone that realizes we live in a tech world and change happens frequently so instead of fighting it embraces it.

* Works Smart - Focuses on the top 3 things they are hired to do - knows that this is going to produce the best results for the company and strives each day to not just "be at work" but to be "PRODUCTIVE" at work.

Requirements Include
- Reliable Phone and Internet Service

- Ability to speak English with a neutral accent and type in English with good grammar.

- Strong experience in making outbound sales calls. (Previous call center experience is a major plus (for example, Sprint Wireless, AT&T Wireless, Cash For Gold, telech etc)

- Quiet work space is a must

- Prior experience nurturing leads through follow up calls and messages a plus

What we offer:

Well, to start with, we start out at $110 to $200 a week depending on experience and level of responsibility.

We encourage our tea ---------- mbers to think outside the box, make mistakes (and learn from them) and give them all the ability to move up within the company.

5 days per week 8 hours per shift between Monday-Saturday 7PM-7PM CST
