VA needed to lead outbound sales at marketing agency

Hey, I hope you're doing well.

I'm looking for a keen individual to captain the lead generation for my digital agency, focused on fast growth towards the end of 2022 and into 2023.

This position includes the implementation of outbound lead generation funnels via cold email. It requires someone who is eager to learn and strives to excel as an important member of the team. Full training will be provided to the new tea ---------- mber and I see it as really important for you to ask questions about anything you may be unclear about.

You don't need lots of experience for this position, I'm just looking for someone who is committed to improving each day and can learn from the training provided.

The nature of this role includes the setup and management of cold email campaigns, using the scripts and instructions provided. Your cold email setups will deliver warm leads to us for us to then turn into customers for the agency.

Daily responsibilities:
- Check in when you get started
- Prospecting to find potential clients
- Identification of decision makers and extraction of their email addresses (training provided)
- Uploading of lists into cold email software so we can contact the prospects
- Management and monitoring of campaigns
- Contacting businesses on Facebook for when we can't find email contact information
- End-of-day report summarising your progress

Requirements:
- Strong internet connection
- Good communication skills
- Desire to learn
- Commitment to improvement

Desirable characteristics:
- Good at using Google Sheets
- Familiarity with using ---------- for team communication

Payment:
- $400/mo + $100 per client signed
