ken i'm looking for the right guy for the job , i'll give u an example of the wrong guy i just hired i asked him to design a logo and sketched my idea , i was expecting him to send me back 10-15 variations of the design in a few hours ! the next day he sent 3 exact logos but 1 had a reflection on the bottom ! ( 4-5hrs work )
