Dispositions Sales Manager

We are looking for winning sales people with wholesale real estate experience to join our team! A sales superstar who loves real estate investing and who thrives on getting a deal done with the utmost integrity and perseverance!

Our growing company is in need of a sales driven person who will become our next REAL ESTATE DISPOSITION MANAGER

What does this mean? A disposition Manager finds a buyer for the real estate contracts that we assign. This position will have the following key roles

-Grow out our buyers list in multiple markets on a daily basis
-Network on the phone or online with real estate investors to generate opportunities for the company.
-Market properties according to systems and processes
- Find an assignee for every property we have in contract.
-Schedule walkthroughs, negotiate price, draft and secure assignment contracts and understand each and every deal.
-Work with the sales team to get the deal from contract to the closing table
-Provide company with Daily reporting
-Enter all relevant notes into company CRM (Podio) on a daily basis
-Join Facebook groups, specific to wholesaling to find prospects to sell our deals to
-Sms property owners to schedule phone calls to sell our properties.


The ideal candidate has high attention to detail. Someone who thrives on results, is confident, easy to work with and knows how to manage their time and get stuff done!

The better you can negotiate and secure a deal with an assignee, the more money you can make! It is an exciting industry and real estate is on FIRE!! You get a bonus commission for every property you work on that closes.

Qualifications:

Real Estate experience
Knowledge of Real Estate Investing (Wholesale, Fix and Flip, Buy and hold)
Working knowledge of Podio
Results/goals orientated
Financially driven with a motivation to make money!
Organized
Good communicator
Coachable and able to follow systems and processes
