Architect / Visual Technologist

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Architect, Visual Technologist
- Proficient in Revit (mandatory)
- Minimum 3 years experience post graduation,
- Experience with designing residential house plans
- Ability to produce floor plans, elevations, 3D rendering and all construction/engineering drawings and designs.
- Very Responsive and ability to learn quick and communicate clearly
- Good grasp of building and architectural principles
- Ability to research building codes across different regions, read and understand the building codes.
- Experience producing several house designs in Revit
- Experience with 3D rendering software like Lumion, Enscape or other.
- Ability to work independently and be responsive to rapid revisions
- Quick learner, detail-oriented and able to do tasks quickly with high quality
- Skilled in using Autocad, Google Sheets & Excel
