Due to significant growth of our business, we have an exciting opportunity to join our high performing team.
We are now recruiting high energy, ambitious, self-motivated team players to join the Pride in Property team as a Lead Generation specialist. You will need to have exceptional communication skills, passion for being part of a team and be a self-motivated individual who can work on their own initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

Build an extensive knowledge and pipeline of prospective clients who are wanting to sell their property.
Proactively use online research, supplied lists or leads from within the business to generate the pipeline and keep it current, with a high level of conversion and both short and longer-term opportunities.
Manage the marketing campaign (sending initial message and follow ups).
Build a sales pipeline of "hot leads".
Proactively identify new business opportunities which can drive business growth.

Some level of Lead Generation / Marketing experience
Autonomy and capacity to innovate in business development (finding new ways to identify leads, new methods of contacting clients)

Preferred

Understands and works to targets and KPIs
Identifies opportunities to improve efficiency and develop plans, success measures, and timelines for tasks.
Previous use of Salesforce CRM system useful (full training will be given)
