JOB OVERVIEW

Spiralyze is a data-driven A/B testing company headquartered in the United States with clients from major brands such as Pepsi, Netflix, General Electric, Abbott, American Express, Dream Host, TechSmith, VWO, and many more. We use design and optimization to help our clients generate more revenue from their website traffic.

About the Role:

The Graduate Management Consultant (GMC) role is perfect for smart and hard-working recent graduates who want to do something completely different from what they did in college. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and A/B Testing is a new field, so we don’t expect people to have any experience whatsoever - we’d be surprised if you did! Aside from CRO skills, you will have the opportunity to learn different things, from recruitment to research, and even project management.

GMC candidates are assigned to the Conversion Intelligence (CI) Department of Spiralyze, which handles both qualitative data and new innovations in the company. While you will not be rotating around different departments during your time with us, you will be the expert at helping out different departments.

This job might be right for you if:
You want to do something else aside from your degree (we get it - 18 is really not the best age to choose what you’ll be doing for the rest of your life).
You want to see what other opportunities are waiting for you out there, especially in fields you didn’t even know existed!
You like seeing where things could be better and coming up with a plan to do it.
You welcome variety - never afraid to take on a challenge, and always excited to see new things in store for you and Spiralyze.
You prefer a collaborative, not competitive, relationship with your coworkers - everyone is happy to lend a hand!

This job might not be right for you if:
You want a technical career in coding, web development, or data science/analytics - unfortunately, you won’t do much of that as part of the GMC.
You want to rotate around different departments within the company - the GMC role is not a traditional management training program. You will experience different functions of the company, but all from within the same department.

Job Responsibilities:

Month 1:
Upload A/B Testing data to our Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Library with utmost detail
Conduct research on competitors, depending on prompt
Create eye-catching media for presentation to colleagues and clients
Meet with different departments to discuss possible optimization
Concentrate on speedy project completions as necessary
Flexibly focus on urgent tasks to completion

Month 3 onwards:
Lead your own projects in business operations, recruiting, marketing, research, ---------- velop new business models for the company
Continuously optimize processes
Initiate value-adding projects for both Spiralyze and our clients
Mentor new faces in the team

Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree - any degree is fine, and we currently have engineers, psychologists, sociologists, etc. on the team!
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Love questioning the status quo - You’ll never settle for what works, and you love to find ways to improve things.
Versatility - You are good at tackling tasks outside of your comfort zone, and you can learn things quickly. We believe that being a Jack of all trades is the way to go!
Speed - We pride ourselves on getting things ---------- doesn’t have to be perfect - we’ll iron out the details later!
Coachability - We don’t expect any experience from you, but we do expect you to catch on quickly and learn new things faster than most.
Empathy in Leadership - We believe that leadership is built on the frontlines - We want people who believe that no job is too low for them to do, and are always willing to do grunt work to understand the situation better.

Benefits:

Cutting edge work: Learn from the leaders in the high growth Conversion Rate Optimization sector.
Work location: Permanently remote
Competitive salary: ---------- USD
Full-time position with semi-flexible working hours: Must overlap for at least 4 hours each day with ET (usually 8 AM to 12 NN ET), the other 4 hours are up to you.
Technological reimbursement: Need a new computer? New software? We will help!
Education: You’ll have the opportunity to level up your skills with company-sponsored courses and training.
