Mid-Senior Full Stack Developer (WordPress)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent full stack web Wordpress developer role at a growing Australian-based WordPress agency that delivers design and development services for membership sites, e-learning sites, and e-commerce sites.

Main Responsibilities:

* Custom WordPress plugins
* Custom WordPress theme and child theme development
* API's and custom integrations:

Simple project examples:
* Stripe payments with an e-commerce site
* Modifying LearnDash, BuddyBoss template files as per provided figma designs.
* Customising extending 3rd party plugins (eg. Woocommerce, Learndash, BuddyBoss, etc...) using action/filter Upgrade to see actual infoermediate project examples:
* WordPress membership site with custom payments option that also integrates with CRM via their REST API.
* Coding an interactive map using Google's APIs that allows members to see and connect with other members near them.
* Coding a Photo Contest for a photography site that allows members to upload a photo, and the person with the most votes becomes the winner.


Requirements:

* 3+ years of experience in Front and back end website development using WordPress
* Experience with front and back-end techlonogies: CSS, HTML, JavaScript, PHP, jQuery
* Experience creating custom WP Rest API endpoints
* Reliable internet connection and ability to attend weekly developer meetings via Zoom.
