JOB OVERVIEW


We are looking for an SEO/SEM expert to manage all our agency's search engine optimization and marketing activities.

You will be responsible for managing all SEO activities, such as content strategy: link building, and keyword strategy, to increase rankings on all major search networks. You will also manage all SEM campaigns on Google to maximize ROI.

What will you be doing:
• Develop optimization strategies that increase the company’s search engine results/rankings
• Create a new off-page strategy to help our clients improve their organic online presence.
• Build high-quality link profiles for clients’ websites via guest posting/link outreach and link insert
• Must know what toxic/poor links to disavow are
• Manage the anchor text to optimal levels
• Win back lost quality backlinks and win new quality backlinks
• Research SEO keywords to use throughout the company’s website and marketing materials
• Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts
• Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance
• Efficiently communicate with other marketing professionals to align goals
• Write compelling and high-quality website content, including blog posts and page descriptions
• Update content and website links for maximum optimization and search engine rankings

Why this job is different:

We are a Dutch company with plenty of Dutch clients.
This means that you will be doing SEO for Dutch websites.

Would this be a problem? No.
There is no difference in the research process, apart from the keywords’ language. But your decisions are data-based, so this shouldn’t be a problem!

When delivering content, we expect you to have keywords in Dutch but content in your preferred language, and we’ll manage the translation.

Requirements:
• Have at least three and more years of experience in successfully developing and executing SEO campaigns
• Experience in managing off-site campaigns/outreach
• Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
• Experience in creating lists of domains, journalists, and other resources useful for future campaigns
• SEO tools - Ahrefs./SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.
• Able to complete competitive analysis of other companies within the industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (email, phone, etc.)
• Comfortable analyzing high volumes of data daily
• Experience with other aspects of marketing, such as customer growth and promotion, is a plus.
