Wordpress website developer

We are a fast growing start up company in the home service industry (plumbing, garage door, locksmith) looking for an experienced WordPress Web Designer who is a self starter and very familiar with SEO optimization. If successful, you have alot of opportunities for advancement as we are expanding our headcount about +1 per every 3 months.

The majority of your work consist of duplicating existing sites in one city and optimizing SEO for the new city by changing tags, images, content and keywords. You should be able to design webpages in line with our theme and overall company design. Should have digital marketplace knowledge and understand how to drive traffic to a website through SEO.

I am looking for an SEO and Wordpress expert to do the following:
- Duplicate existing websites and change keywords to match the targeted keywords
- Do basic research on search terms, keywords, competitors, etc. to create specific recommendations.
- Create or update title tags & meta descriptions, as well as on page links to optimize the site (basic shoring up).
- Take content (already created) and apply to my website
- Use stock images and sections to make content nicely fitted on website
- Create new content from competitors as needed
- Create specific recommendations for next steps to drive more traffic to the website and generate leads.

Must be skilled in on-page SEO, organic search, inbound lead generation, keyword research. Must use AHREFS

Qualifications:
-2+ years experience in Wordpress
-Above average content writing
