Real Estate Acquisition Manager (Urgently Hiring)

Hi! I am URGENTLY looking for a Real Estate Acquisition Specialist
Work Hours and Schedule: 12 pm - 8 pm EST
Sunday - Thursday (US time zone) M-F Philippine Standard Time (WEEKENDS OFF)
Rate: $5 - $6 per hour

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Has 1-2 years of experience as an ACQUISITION SPECIALIST in the Real Estate Industry (REQUIRED)
- Prior experience working with a Real Estate Investor
- Experience with industry CRM(s)
- Has EXCELLENT written and phone communication skills (a MUST)
- Excellent grammar to write short write-ups for Real Estate documents writing offers, summarizing property disclosures
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, Google Office, PDF, and other needed tools related to the industry
- Must work well under pressure
- Must have a stable internet connection, and computer, and be tech savvy to use our tools.
