JOB OVERVIEW

VA role will consist of the following tasks:

- update knowledgebase content
- update CRM content
- assist billing team with new accounts
- assist with new orders
- assist with editing call recordings
- manage emails
- manage phone calls and direct to the correct tea ---------- mber and/or take message and create support tickets
- transcription

Desired Experience
- Zoho
- video/photo editing
- document editing
- typing/transcription
- Xero

Your application will only be reviewed if you include you resume, desired monthly income in PHP, availability - total hours per week including days and times (must be available Australian work hours).

You must be able to dedicate your full shift to our company. We have been let down by individuals working for us and others at the same time. This is not acceptable and if identified will be immediate termination.

Must be C1 or C2 English.

REQUIREMENTS:
Must be C1 or C2 English.
i5 or i7 computer with minimum 8GB RAM
Must have 2 monitors to be able to perform this role. If you do not have two monitors you would be required to obtain two monitors at your own expense
Must have quality headset with microphone
Must have quality internet service
Must have backup internet service.
