JOB OVERVIEW

I run an online coaching business where we help our students sell their products online (ecommerce).

Essentially, your role is to operate as an extension of me, and the goal is to free up my time from the tasks above so I can focus on growing the business.

I'm looking for an online business manager / project manager who is a great people person and very organized and self-motivated, who will be responsible for the following:

• managing and leading tea ---------- mbers - ensuring they are happy with their work, working in their zone of genius, optimizing their time, keeping morale up, answering their questions when they have any

• project management - breaking down larger projects into smaller tasks, assigning them to the appropriate tea ---------- mbers along with specific deadlines, checking their work for accuracy

• being the second set of eyes for me, the business owner - identifying patterns within the team and workflows so you can optimize SOP's or tea ---------- mbers (potentially even letting go of tea ---------- mbers who are underperforming)

• creating or optimizing SOP's or workflows as needed

We are a positive, no-drama, collaborative company. We really care about our students and truly want to see them ---------- mbers of are team are extremely loyal and have been working with us for many years. We are on a mission to empower as many creative people as possible to earn a living online selling their work.

If you're interested, please follow the directions below:
1. Send resume and cover letter explaining why you're a good fit

2. Consider the situation where a new student/customer asks for a refund on their purchase on our course, however our policies clearly state that refunds are only offered when the student can show us all their work done. How would the situation and what would you say to the student?

3. Consider the situation where we have a tea ---------- mber who has been with us for a few years, they are great to work with, but not very productive. What is your plan for rehabilitating the tea ---------- mber to become more productive?

4. What's your favorite business-related software?
