Your responsibilities will include:

• Candidate recruitment: Source, evaluate, and review potential candidates utilizing cold calls, job boards, social networking, and internal database, ---------- addition, the Senior Recruiter will also be responsible for developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified talent to submit to current and future client base.
• Client Business Development: Identify companies online through job posts that are seeking professionals and contact them by cold calling, and asking for referrals. Gain signed agreements back to begin working on sourcing candidates for the company and filling their needs with candidates.
• Meet and exceed weekly business development goals.

Qualifications:
• 4+ years of experience of recruiting
• 2+ years of client business development = Identifying new clients to work with, negotiate pricing, sending and receiving service agreements and opening jobs.
• Must have a strong desire to build a career in recruiting by using proven negotiating and closing skills and the ability to build candidate and client relationships.
• Must have a proven track record of success and be a competitive, self-motivated individual.
• Due to the high commission plans we will only be hiring the most successful recruiters with significant proven track records

Compensation:
- Base compensation = 50,000 PHP / Month
- Commissions An above average performer should be able to double their monthly income at around 100,000 monthly php with high performers around 160,000 php / month and top 5% around 277,220 php/month

Sales Commissions Based on Performance Averages:
- Below Average: 54,480 PHP
- Average: 121,813 PHP
- Above Average: 194,913 PHP
- High Performers: 428,833 PHP
- Top 5%: 682,286 PHP
