Virtual Assistant and Social Media Manager

Who are we?
We are a small consultancy & coaching business based in Australia. Our business helps online entrepreneurs beat overwhelm, burnout and isolation, as well as increase productivity, balance and wellbeing.

How can you support our team?
We need support with the following tasks:
- Writing emails and messages
- Creating social media posts (with Planoly App)
- Editing videos
- Writing newsletters
- Learning web design with groovepages software
- Downloading videos and using software to transcribe the audio of the video
- Creating PowerPoint slides
- Searching funny videos and memes online
- Research of scientific topics and creating quiz questions on these topics
- LinkedIn updates and posts

How many hours per week do we need your support?
This is a part-time role. Initially we need your support for 5 hours per week. If our collaboration has been positive for a few months, we can gradually increase your working hours (up to a full-time role), if you like.

What are we looking for in a job candidate?
- Quick learner
- Excellent English communication skills
- Tech savvy
- Reliable
- Experience with social media marketing and social media management (instagram and facebook)
- Experience with basic video editing skills (ideally with final cut pro, but other software is ok, too)
- Optional: Experience with webdesign using groovefunnels / groovepages software
