Virtual Assistant

I need someone who can be my team leader!! I'm ready to take my business to the next level and I'm going to need lots of help! Looking for an assistant who is comfortable with posting on social media, creating info graphics, writing blog posts, and checking my email. I am Starting small but I want to hire a person who is a good leader and great at recognizing gifts in others because I want to have a strong team of virtual assistants.
