Excellent UI/UX and Graphic Designer Wanted (Figma)- Great Pay & Benefits

I am looking for a full-time Graphic Designer (30-40 hours/week). Good level of English is required, as well as general technical ability (download/upload files, navigate Figma) and artistic talents (good sense for applications and user interfaces).

Majority of tasks will be UI/UX for website (desktop and mobile) designing with a rough outline of what each page will do.
The designs will be done in Figma.
I will ask for designs with a specific feature list and stylistic inspiration from another product or service.
Example: "Sign In page that asks for email and password in the style of Robinhood"

Pay: $350 starting.

Perks:
* You can work as much as you want. Extra hours will be paid.
* Opportunity to advance and get bonuses. If you do a good job I will give you a raise and bonuses.
* You can work when you want. As long as you work a certain amount per day, the specific hours don't matter.
