3 years proven experience generating traffic, leads and sales via Facebook Ads who can work from home
Some of the specific projects, tasks and assignments will include the following:

Creating Facebook Ads campaigns: Campaign setup, link setup, interest/audience targeting, retargeting via custom audiences, pixel setup.
Creating Direct Response Copy: Creating conversion focused headlines, descriptions and calls-to-action specifically to generate direct response user behavior.
Creating Direct Response Optin Forms & Landing Pages: Create conversion-focused opt-in and landing pages using a highly robust Wordpress plugin that does not require design/development experience. However, you must be well-versed in incorporating best practices regarding conversion-focused landing pages.
Tracking, Reporting & Analytics: Create campaign links, conversion pixels, pull reports, analyze KPIs (Key performance indicators), and interpret analytics.
Campaign Optimization: Implement split-testing and utilize data to optimize campaigns and continually enhance KPIs.

We are looking for top talent, so you must have the following skill sets:

Proven ability creating, managing and optimizing direct response Facebook Ads campaigns.
Proven ability creating conversion-focused copy, design, opt-in pages and landing pages.
Proven ability creating and optimizing split tests.
Proven ability working with tracking systems, analytics, conversion/pixel/postback tracking, and reporting.
Experience generating Facebook organic traffic is a plus, but not required.
