Social Media Manager

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager that can handle a wide variety of tasks in social media marketing, write and prepare own content calendar, have knowledge with SEO and writing short-form blog posts.

What you will be doing:

Facebook Posts (3x a week) which include shortened video clips, candid videos and testimonials
Edit long-form videos for FB posts and Youtube posts
Write short-form blogs using Wordpress.
Engage with followers and target audience
Preparing social media strategy for the client - social media audit, competitive analysis, monthly content calendar and branding that fits the target audience

What we’re looking for:
Atleast 1 year of experience in Social Media Management specially Youtube
Can write content for blog post and captions
Able to create & run a monthly content calender
Have USA Real Estate experience (preferable wholesale real estate)
Have video Editing skills (using any tools)
Knowledgeable in SEO
Have experience using Wordpress
Great attention to details
Have experience using the following tools:

Facebook
Instagram
Youtube
Canva
Google Suite
Social Media Scheduling Tool
Wordpress
