Team Leader

Oversee, manage, motivate & discipline employees to do their job efficiently.
Do regular performance evaluation, monitor team ---------- municate with Upper Management any issues and concerns to reach business goals effectively.
Prepare reports, proper scheduling, attend weekly meeting & food ordering of the food stalls ingredients.
Daily monitoring of the inventory of the stalls.

Minimum Requirement :
Graduate of any 4 year course
2 years of experience as a Team Leader or similar role
Experience in organizing & people management.
Willing to visit the 3 stalls ( MOA Pasay, Glorietta Makati and Manila Ocean Park)
