JOB OVERVIEW

The team here at McMaster Digital is seeking to fulfill a Full Time Social Media Assistant position. We’re looking for someone to join our tight-knit crew. The perfect candidate will be in for the long term, bring a can-do attitude, and will genuinely want to see McMaster Digital take over the world.

Task Description:
Following strategy calendar for planning and goal setting
Understanding of branding, layout, messaging, and composition.
Scheduling posts for various SM clients on different platforms
Post the already created Images & Videos
Social listening and response
Video Time Stamping
Content Review
Development of brand awareness and online reputation
Content management
Cultivation of leads and sales
Reputation management
Maintain awareness of emerging services, products, and news related to the marketplace. Knowledge of competitive landscape required.
Requirements:
Previous experience at these tasks or similar
Can follow client branding and style guides for content creation
Available for regular team check-in's
Able to work independently while producing on-schedule outstanding results
