Sales Ops / Sales Assistant

Do you have any experience with the CRM GoHighLevel? Do you have any Sales Ops/Sales Assistant experience? Then you’re on the right track!

We are looking for someone to manage our leads using our CRM (GoHighLevel) as a Sales Assistant. Must have great written English and know how to communicate with clients to close a ---------- ’s a requirement that you’re experienced or knowledgeable of the CRM we are using (GoHighLevel).

Your day-to-day role would include the following but are not limited to:

Organizing all incoming and outgoing leads
Closing sales from warm leads via social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
Following up with leads
Maintaining the client’s information and making sure it’s updated
Maintaining Pipeline and making sure clients are on the correct one
Working with the Managers to close deals

We are looking for someone who:

Has great English skills; written, and verbal.
Is extremely persistent; will do what it takes to ensure a task reaches competition.
Enjoys talking to people
Is a great communicator; they ensure the point gets across how it was intended, and make everyone feel valued during communication, while representing our brand & clients appropriately
Prioritizes effective communication with them; always updating the ops and is responding in a timely manner
Has a great sense of initiative; you are able to take something and run with ---------- n go with the flow; flexible.
Has fantastic organizational skills
Is a team player; can put EGO's aside to get the mission at hand completed
Very keen on details
Has a positive attitude
Can quickly prioritize, and pick up context & instruction easily
Is honest, accountable, helpful, and trustworthy
A great problem solver
Can work on your own or with minimal supervision
Can follow precise directions but also insert your own ideas
