HR Manager

1. Job Description
Can making human resource budget, planning recruitment, training and human resource development by year, by quarter, by month
Can manage process recruitment and exactly selection great candidate
Develop and implement HR strategies and HR policy aligned with overall business strategy
Implement promotion and replacement policies.
Presiding over and cooperating with relevant departments/units to formulate and supervise applicable regulations such as human resource management, employee salary, and treatment systems, internal rules, workflow, and regulations in other related procedures
Manage and Executive work of employees, ensure the completion of the targets, functions, and missions.
Act like a bridge between management and employees, helping to resolve requests, complaints or other issues
Building a positive working environment
Supervise and manage employee evaluation and reward system
Report to CEO and support decision processing through HR statistics
Ensure legal compliance of human resource management activities
Perform other work under the guidance of senior leadership

2. Job Requirements
2.1. Education & Professional knowledge:
Graduated from University or College in Human Resource Management, Administration, Law or related fields.
Knowledge of labor law and human resource system
2.2. Experience:
Have Experience analysis of human resource management metrics
At least 2 years of experience in administrative and human resources.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
2.3. Skills:
Leadership, planning and strategy building skills.
Organizational and supervisory skills.
Analytical, synthesis and reporting skills.
Excellent communication, listening, negotiation and speech skills.
Ability to effectively build and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
