Amazon Account Manager (Operations and Ads)

Catholic Family Crate is an e-commerce business with Catholic goods and subscription boxes sold directly on ---------- , Etsy, and Amazon.

Primary Responsibilities
- Manage the account, product listings/optimization, operations/inventory, and marketing
- Account: manage account health,
- Product listings/optimization: create product listings, optimize with Helium 10, SEO, etc.
- Operations: replenish inventory to amazon warehouse for FBA orders, fulfill orders for subscriptions fulfilled by CFC
- Marketing:
- Ability to manage and track a smaller business monthly budget of $500/month
- Manage the delivery of Amazon ad campaigns; optimizing conversion & efficiency
- Delivery of keyword research, campaign setup, optimization, and reporting
- Internal reporting & performance data analysis
- Creating new PPC campaigns
- Optimizing PPC campaign
- Bi-weekly meetings with the company
- Manage the delivery of Amazon ad campaigns; optimizing conversion & efficiency

Qualifications
- Prior, relevant Amazon Seller Central platform experience (specifically with a niche, small business)
- Relevant experience in both operational and marketing on amazon
- Knowledge of Amazon SEO & understanding of what drives long-term performance on Amazon search
- Well-versed in Amazon Sponsored Ad Campaigns, Product Targeting ads, Sponsored Brand ads, etc.
- Self-starter, motivated, and able to take initiative and work independently.
- Data Driven
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Acute awareness of company tone and lens, and keen ability to craft a story
- Ideation toward growth opportunities
- Professional and proactive work ethic
- Ability to understand, educate, and preserve the Catholic Family Crate sensibility, brand, voice, aesthetic, and mission
