LIAISON MANAGER/ TRAINER / MANAGE SALES TEAM
Reports To: VP of Business Development.

We desire an honest and reliable Liaison Manager with the ability to support 25 Directors of Sales (or Business Development Managers and their tea ---------- mbers.

This is a full-time position (40 hours weekly) that will allow tremendous career and financial growth.

Good English speaking and comprehension are a MUST. Fast-learner and a good multi-tasker are very important.

The duty of the Liaison Manager is to assist various Directors of Sales in managing their team. The Liaison Manager will be the official link between Kingston Bay Technologies and the assigned Business Development ---------- is vital that the Liaison Manager Call on their assigned Business Development Manager weekly to get updates on their team performance and to provide the BDM with generated leads and/or marketing material support, order processing, sales issues, and any other reasonable level of support that can be provided to the BDM.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

•Recruiting and setting up training for new BDM and SMs
•Assisting a team of BDM’s with building their sales team and pipeline
•Daily and weekly communication via call/text/email with assigned BDM’s
•Support teams’ sales and marketing activities
•Manage and update training materials and assist Kingston Bay with training guidelines
•SEO Rep will report to Liaison Manager. Liaison Manager must make sure SEO rep Is running targeted leads campaigns.
•It is the Liaison Managers' duty to make sure the BDMs are communicating effectively with his/her team and are growing and helping his/her teams’ sales activities. The goal of the Liaison Manager is to help the BDMs with team development and to make sure that the BDM’s team growth is on target/meeting goals.
•Provide team performance and weekly report to VP.


Must be familiar with and have at least an intermediate understanding and ability of how to use the following tools:

• CRM (Intermediate)
• Microsoft Excel (Intermediate)
• Microsoft Word (Intermediate)
• PowerPoint (Intermediate)
• Drop Box (Intermediate)
• Google Sheets (Intermediate)
• Microsoft Outlook (Intermediate)
• VOIP Line (Intermediate)- Calling or receiving calls from sales managers
Skype (Intermediate)
• Project Management Platforms (Intermediate)

CONTRACT TERMS AND REQUIREMENTS – LIAISON MANAGER

This is an at-will agreement for a one (1) year contract.

This contract is expected to be converted to an employment agreement after or by the end of the 1-year contract. if the MA Liaison Manager and Kingston Bay have agreed to continue their ---------- is important to be aware of the following expectations:

* The Liaison Manager is required to work to the best of his/her abilities during the agreed-upon hours and days. (8 hours per day – Monday to Friday – Eastern US Time Zone.)

* Any request for time off for local holidays within the Philippines must be requested one month in advance – No more than 4-holiday requests will be accepted within this 1-year agreement.

* Approved time will be paid day off. Times that are taken without approval will be deducted from total pay.

The following USA holidays are paid holidays:

1. New Year’s Day & the day after New Year’s Day – (Jan 1st and 2nd)
2. Martin Luther King Holiday (Jan 16th, 2023)
3. Memorial Day (May 29th)
4. Juneteenth – (June 19th)
5. Independence Day (July 4th)
6. Labor Day (Sept 4th)
7. Veterans Day (Nov 11th)
8. Thanksgiving and the day after Thanksgiving (Nov 23rd and Nov 24th)
9. The day before, Christmas Day, and the day after (December 24th, 25th, 26th)

* Liaison Managers are offered paid sick days.
* Liaison Managers are offered 4 personal paid days.
* Liaison Managers are entitled to 2 weeks of paid vacation after 10 months of contracted employment.
* Liaison Managers will receive a pay increase after his/her first 10th month – Once a job performance review is taken, Kingston Bay will negotiate with the Liaison Manager to increase the pay rate that is acceptable to both the Liaison Manager and Kingston Bay Technologies.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

KINGSTON BAY WILL BE OPENING AN OFFICE IN DUBAI, UAE IN LATE 2023 AND WILL BE OFFERING ALL LIAISON MANAGERS THE OPTION OF CONVERTING TO AN EMPLOYEE STATUS AND RELOCATING TO DUBAI UNDER A 3-YEAR OR 5-YEAR CONTRACT.

All Liaison Managers are entitled to a contract-to-employee conversion. At the time of conversion, Liaison Managers will be offered an employment contract that includes:

Relocation to Dubai, UAE – Note: This relocation is dependent on Liaison Manager’s ability to pass a criminal background check and health check to receive a residency visa for the UAE.

BASE PAY: (No less than 25,000 Dirhams Monthly). Increased 25%, 2x over 5 years.

VACATION PAY: 30 DAYS

ALLOWANCES: Includes apartment rental, transportation, electronics, education (School Fees are covered 100% up to the age of 18 years old for a maximum of 2 dependent children of the employee), COMPREHENSIVE MEDICAL + DENTAL + VISION CARE.
