We're looking for a candidate who genuinely cares about the customers and the company.
*Responsibilities
- Respond to all access tickets on our support desk and maintain an avg. response time of 3 hours.
- Respond to all general tickets on our desk.
- Follow up with pending tickets and escalate to the support agents.
- To review ticket feedback and reach out to customer
- To be nice and genuinely care about customers.
- review others' replies and analyze if the replies are friendly enough.

- This is a full-time position.
- You're someone who thrives working autonomously and doesn't need much (if any) oversight to get things done.
- This job is Monday-Sunday, we're looking for someone within time zones in the EST with flexible work hours.
- You would get a week off any other day than Sunday
