The Opportunity:

The mission of Splash N Color’s 3D Printing - Product Research Specialist is to identify high opportunity products with the Splash N Color brand for 3D Printing in order to collectively assemble, recruit, and enroll a high performance team. The person in this position will excel at identifying and validating winning products on a weekly basis using our FEP ---------- livering raw assets for the creative team and gcode file prep for technicians will be the core focus, allowing Splash N Color to execute timely product launches. You will be tasked with performing 3d modeling of unique opportunities + modifications as required.

This role requires an individual that thrives in a fast paced environment of continuous improvement and problem-solving. Teamwork and adaptability will be critical to your ---------- eting targets and delivering on promises nurtures your soul.

This is a FULLY REMOTE position. We value flexibility and freedom.

Responsibilities:

- Research, identify, and validate high potential products through data-driven decision making
- Build opportunity tracking systems and organized catalog process reporting
- 3d print parts and perform photography using different angles
- Organize and develop database structures for increased efficiencies
- Prepare optimized gcode files & maintenance per technician requirements
- Identify unique opportunities for custom designs
- Bring to life unique opportunities through 3d modeling & design
- Assist others as necessary

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
- A team-player who wants to participate in building the largest print farm on the planet
- Ability to 3d print and photograph parts on a daily basis
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to learn procedures quickly with attention to detail
- Committed to organization and task prioritization
