Hello,
I am seeking a technically qualified VA with strong English communication skills, to help me grow my business.
I am the bottleneck of my business. For 3 years I have been growing a restaurant consulting business and doing just about everything myself. I have dabbled with a few people here and there to help me with wordpress, graphics, design, creating .pdfs and all the other technical stuff that goes with an online business, but I need somebody full time now.
First let me be very clear so we don’t waste each others time. I am seeking a Jack of all trades, Master of none. I don’t need the BEST in the world right now, I need somebody who is qualified but most importantly is an AWESOME project manager. My goals for the next 3-6 months would be to continue to grow, but mostly setup systems and start taking things off my plate one at a time. Once we are automated and really starting to move, we can seek out to find people who are better than us in certain areas, but YOU as the project manager will be the most important part to my business for hopefully many many years to come.
First of all, you have to be a totally cool person. We are going to spend a lot of time talking, skyping, celebrating success and working through struggles together. I laid back, fun, relaxed person and I am seeking the same. Let’s really have some fun together…but you must also must also have the following skills.
• Wordpress
• Blogging (not writing new blogs, but posting mine with proper formatting)
• Understanding of basic HTML, CSS (very basic) just to be able to keep things working in wordpress
• Social Media (again not an expert, but know how to use FB, Twitter, Instagram)
• Graphic Design (mostly creating .pdf e-book and one page downloads)
• Image Editing (mostly just be able to add some text and things for social media posts and featured images
• SEO – just enough to be able to properly tag my blog posts
• Microsoft Office (word and excel)
• Video editing would be a huge plus, but I can edit my own videos
• Audio editing would also be a huge plus, but I do this now
• ORGANAZATION
• Ability to figure things out
• Communication skills (but really only for us) if you can reply to some basic emails, that would be awesome, but again, not a priority)
I think you kind of get the idea of what I am looking for. I need a second set of hands to help us grow this business.
