ROLE
This position is responsible for optimising conversion rate (CRO) and average order value (AOV) for the best-selling products on our webshop.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Researching the audience, market and product to understand who is buying the product and why.
- Optimising the product page using A/B testing to improve the conversion rate.
- Testing different offers and upsells to improve the AOV.
- Attend weekly tea ---------- etings.
- Be proactive and take initiative for the benefit of the team and the company.
- Perform any task assigned by immediate supervisor/manager.

RESULTS
- Completion of tasks on or before the due date
- Improved CR and AOV for best-selling products
- Achieve targeted KPI´s
