Customer Service Coordinator

The Iowa Real Estate Team, brokered by eXp Realty is a real estate team experiencing exponential growth and is looking to hire a Customer Service Coordinator to take stewardship of our database to maximize efficiency from acquisition to conversion, among other general office tasks.
Position Insight
• The Customer Service Coordinator will require not only an administrative mind but also a sales orientation. Training in/or experience in real estate is preferred but not required.
• Experience with contact management software (CRM), IDX and MLS feeds, and Zoom is preferred.
• A good Customer Service Coordinator takes stewardship of our leads database and actively works to create systems to maximize conversion. They should be able to track their own success and offer suggestions for improvement in their follow-up techniques and tools.
• The Customer Service Coordinator will have to be disciplined about their time. They will be working with Staff, Agents, and virtual assistances while handling new leads and information requests from prospects. They will need to be task-focused and analytical in order to complete their work.
• The Customer Service Coordinator will assist the Customers Service department with training, performance, and effectiveness.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with contact management software
• Proficient with Google products (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms)
• Proficient in social media navigation and communication
• Excellent email and phone communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and problem solver

• Service-minded with great interpersonal skills

Schedule:
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm central standard time (Iowa USA)
