Ecommerce setup and marketing

Brief overview, we are a F&B company, producing and selling Hummus. See website here: ----------

Current sales of ca. £300k / annum, growing at 10-20% YoY, with projections to reach £1m revenue within two years.

Service we are looking for:

What we would like to do is to increase traffic to the website and setup a subscription model for customers. We want to spend on social media (insta & facebook) and need a subscription model setup.

Are you able to help with an of the following:
1) Setup a subscription based model on our website?
2) Social media marketing? I can do this as well, but would be great to know?
3) Setup ecommerce emails monthly etc.
