What we’re hiring for:
We are looking to hire a Lead Gen Specialist who is responsible for generating leads and developing new business opportunities. Lead Gen Specialists are the first point of contact with potential customers - your goal is to research, attract, and qualify new leads through

Daily operations can change quickly as is expected with a high growth company. Currently, the job responsibilities include:
Research companies and markets to create strategic outbound campaigns
Generate, contact, and qualify potential new clients
Identify new
Respond to clients’ questions and manage follow up activity
Monitor, analyze, test and improve campaigns to optimize results. Perform A/B testing regularly.
Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and make adjustments as needed
Using CRM tools like Salesforce, Hubspot to create and maintain a database of current and potential clients
Successfully utilize multiple sales enablement tools simultaneously
Log and track all activity in a CRM
What we’re looking for:
Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with CRM software like Salesforce is preferred
MBA/BBA in marketing would be a big plus
Experience in SAAS/IT sales is a huge advantage
Great interpersonal and people skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Strong listening skills
Proven track record of achieving sales/lead gen targets
Job Specific Requirements
1-2+ years of lead generation experience
Reliable and strong internet
Flexible to work US time zones
Experience with sales engagement software like
Fluent in written and verbal English. A neutral accent so you can communicate clearly with American
Base salary of $750 per month
The base pay is a draw against commission.
You will receive a commission of 5-10% on your sales.
