Production Supervisor

Planning, Organizing, prioritizing task to meet production goals
Oversee Production Operation to achieve higher output
Inventories: Ensure materials and supplies are in positive flow
Ensure machines are functional and adhere to safety standards
Prepare Schedules: Production, Manpower
Keep updates & reports
Maintain procedures and policies are well understood
Monitor daily activities
Organizing Training and educational manual for the production team
Assist new hire production staff

Qualifications:
Knowledge in Manufacturing tools & Equipment, Industrial Machineries
Excellent Organization, communication, leadership skills
Excellent in problem solving and strong work ethics
Ability to write reports legibly
Relevant training and certification in Industrial Production, Engineering or any related field
