Business Analyst

• With at least two (2) year of experience on Business Analysis and graduate on either of the following Bachelor’s Degree: (1) Information Systems, (2) Information Technology, (3) Computer Science, or any equivalent IT degree.
• Has the ability to develop and document system/product requirements thru customer feedback and grooming /discovery sessions.
• Has knowledge on Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Process.
• Has experience in Business Process Reengineering and/or Software Engineering.
• Has excellent knowledge of Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) and Process/Data Flow Chart.
• Has good communication skills.
Other requirements (Preferred but not required)
• Knowledge of Agile methodology is a plus.
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence is an advantage.
• Attended business analysis-related seminars or professional courses is an advantage.
• Willing to work long hours depending on the project’s need.
• Ability to work with a team.
