In search of website builder and manager

Hello candidates, I'm looking for 1 person to build and manage a website for a business to sell jewelry. Job description includes some advertising, ppc management, and other outlets. Uploading pics and videos to site daily, setting up payments for customers. After website is complete I imagine this job will consume maybe 1-2 hours a day. I will increase pay if it comes more demanding
