Phone Sales Representative

We are looking for a rockstar phone sales representative to assist us with the selling of Wine across Australia.
*English phone Sale experience is required*
*English needs to be of high fluency and naturally spoken*

Little Ripples is a socially responsible Aussie wine company. For every bottle sold, we provide 1 year of clean drinking water to 1 person in need. To date, we've provided the equivalent of 210,000 people with 1 year of clean water!

We're just getting started and are looking for an experienced phone salesperson to help us promote and sell our amazing wines throughout the Australian market.

- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Resolve customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction, leading to conversions
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
