Civil Construction Takeoff and Estimation

Looking for someone disciplined, reliable, computer savvy, and good with numbers for a full time position. Experience in civil construction takeoff and estimating is a plus.

We are primarily an asphalt paving company located in Oregon, USA. We will be providing you with a list of job boards and plan sites that you will be responsible for monitoring for upcoming estimate and job opportunities. Once you identify a potential job, you will need to add it to our Job Board, download the plans, import them into a takeoff and estimating software like Planswift, complete the takeoff of relevant asphalt work we are bidding, then work up a rough estimate with a provided excel sheet based on job costs that will be provided.

Any experience with construction takeoff and estimating programs like Stack, Planswift, On-Center, is a definite benefit. GSuite and Excel/Google Sheets experience is also a plus.

Will need to communicate English well and have a very good internet connection. We are very much looking forward to finding the right person to grow in this role when it proves to be a success.
