Customer Service Assistant - Remote

We are looking for a customer service assistant to be able to be online and ready for when a job comes through in Australia. We will need you to call and confirm the job with the business and if they can't fulfil it, go through our database to find a business that will and ensure it all goes through smoothly.

You must have great English, be a good communicator, hard working and very professional.
